What’s the history behind Soul Bracelets?

Soul Bracelets was started by me, Aaron Wang, in May of 2010. The company is based in Atlanta GA, which also happens to be where I live. I started the company to spread the word about 6 guiding principles designed to push people to discover the concept of “inspired living”, or living with passion. These bracelets aren’t meant to be just another fashion accessory; it helps people create positive change through developing daily habits around the common themes of Faith, Hope, Live, Love, Serenity, and Strength.

Can you give me some more information about the products?

Sure! Each Soul Bracelet is hand-made with high-quality materials. The bands are made of genuine suede leather and the rings are made of zinc alloy. You can rest assured the bracelets will last for a very long-time.

These look cool and all, but why are you charging such a premium price?

Great question! For me, it’s all about quality over quantity. These bracelets are not meant to be just a fashion accessory; they are meant to inspire positive change in your life. If you don’t connect to the message on each bracelet, don’t buy the bracelet. I don’t know how to be more clear on that – you should only buy this to create positive emotional and spiritual change – not to match your latest outfit. No matter how good they may look . Long story short, I charge a premium price because it carries a valuable message. Buy it only if you understand and appreciate that value.

Do you accept any orders outside of the US?

Unfortunately right now the answer is no. Due to my supplier and the relatively small scale of my operation, shipping overseas presents some financial and logistical challenges. The only exception may be bulk orders where the order size offsets the shipping expenses. If that applies to you, get in touch and we’ll work it out.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is 100% free. Awesome, right?

How long does shipping usually take?

Depending on where you live it usually takes 2-5 business days to receive your order. Each order is typically packaged and shipped off within 24 hours.

What’s your refund/exchange policy?

For me, customer satisfaction is not just everything, it’s the only thing. Especially with a product designed to improve your lives, I want to make sure everyone enjoys the full value of these bracelets. With that being said, I would ask that you don’t purchase a Soul Bracelet unless you are dedicated to applying it.

I have a 30-day 100% no-questions-asked refund policy. If you don’t like your bracelet for any reason, just ship it back to me and you’ll receive a full refund. If you would like to exchange the bracelet for another one, I have a 60-day no-questions-asked policy. Again, just ship it back, tell me which one you would like to exchange it for, and your wish shall be granted.

I want to purchase a large order. Do you guys offer bulk discounts?

Absolutely! The only thing I ask is to give me some advanced notice so I can work out the details with my supplier. Get in touch with me through the form above and we’ll make it happen. The discount percentage depends on your order size; I’ll work with you to agree on a fair price.

Do you have a physical store?

Yeah…about that. Does my apartment living room count? It’s quite messy but if you happen to live in Atlanta and want to come check out the goods, get in touch with me and we’ll make it happen. I must warn you – my pet turtle is trained in the lethal arts. If you live outside of Atlanta and are driving a long distance just to come over, I may be creeped out.

Ahh, I could go on for days. Long story semi-short, check out my unofficial autobiography. All kidding aside, I’m just a regular 25-year old who strongly believes in the power of positive change. I currently do Management and IT Consulting for my day job, and I work on improving myself and helping others in my spare time. In my spare spare time, I attempt to play the piano, read autobiographies of interesting people, go out to bars/clubs, and raise the deadliest turtle on the planet.
